Were looking for a Yacht Broker to join our sales team in Traverse City and Harbor Springs working with new used and brokerage boats in one of the most beautiful boating regions in the country.

What Youll Do

Build strong long-term relationships with customers who love being on the water
Guide customers through the boat-buying process from first conversation to closing
Match boats to customer needs lifestyle and budget
Present and demonstrate boats highlighting features and value
Stay current on products inventory and market trends
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to grow your book of business
Handle sales documentation and keep accurate records using tools like Salesforce
Represent Irish Boat Shop at boat shows demos and company events

What Were Looking For

A people-person who naturally builds trust and puts customers at ease
High energy self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales goals
Confident communicator who can explain features pricing and options clearly
Willing to learn boating experience is helpful but passion matters most
Comfortable using basic technology (Word Excel; Salesforce a plus)
Physically able to move around boats climb ladders and lift up to 30 lbs
Flexible availability including six days a week during peak season and occasional Sundays
