Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Manager Finance Corporate Planning (OPEX) in San Mateo CA to provide budget forecast and mid-range planning support for global divisions as financial business partner. Requires a Masters degree in Finance or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience in the technology industry performing ad-hoc analysis and development of financial models including gap and trend analysis risks and opportunities and Return on Investment (ROI); analyzing historical HC and OPEX trends across global divisions to identify forecast-impacting factors benchmark performance and assess profitability and efficiency; preparing consolidated reports for HC OPEX CapEx and fixed asset tracking; guiding long-term financial planning optimizing cost structures and influencing executive decisions; utilizing financial modeling forecasting and variance analysis to drive data-driven decision making; performing multinational strategies with internal stakeholders to improve ROI including reducing costs investing in tools and AI closing facilities and increasing revenue; utilizing US GAAP and IFRS financial regulations to perform financial analysis on insights trends and scenarios to improve the business and create profit. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.
Salary range: $180540.00 $226300.00/year
