Product Manager AI Enablement Team SoftPro is seeking aProduct Manager AIEnablementto join our R&D/Product organization tohelp deliver on our vision of AI enabled products and services that make ameasurabledifference in how our customers work engage with their customers andhowthey interact with SoftPro. What will I do as a Product Manager on the AI Enablement Team at SoftPro The primary responsibility of the Product Manager AI Enablementwill beto define and communicate theAIvision and roadmap guiding theother product anddevelopment teams ontheir implementation of AI tools and services into their own products and services. The Product Managerparticipatesin product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes mentoring product owners on the gathering and prioritizing of features and changing requests with internal and external stakeholders helping to design new features with the productanddevelopment teams and helping tovalidatethose features with customers.

Specifically:
Understand your product. - Have a deep knowledge of howAI-basedtools and processes can beutilizedin financial services and regulated industries to realize efficienciesincrease customersatisfactionand reduce risk.
- Build a deep knowledge of your products andtheirtarget customers.
- Collaborate with Productand DevelopmentManagersto create and clearly communicate the products vision and mission statements.
- Keep abreast of the developments in the capabilities and applications of AI tools and services including their security and risk profiles.
- Collect and analyze product usage statistics toidentifyareas of opportunity and success. This may involve working with development teams to track desired statistics and build reportingon efficiencysatisfactionand adverse outcomes.
Understand your target customerand use cases.
- Be abletoidentifyand rank use cases forSoftProscustomers that wouldbenefitfrom theutilizationof AI by evaluating benefitscostsand risks.
- Facilitatecustomer advisory boards whenappropriate.
- Develop feedback loops for your product teams that drive customer empathy and encourage product improvements.
- Understand the customers full journey and lifecycle throughuseof AI tools andsolutionsand what benefits and drawbacks they will experience.
Build and share your product roadmap.
- Use your understanding of the customerproduct andtechnologyenvironment combined with feedback and guidance from internal stakeholders external stakeholders and architecture todeterminedevelopment priorities for the products and services that SoftPro offers.
- Document those priorities in roadmaps and communicate them to theappropriate parties.
- Provide realistic forecasts forshort- and long-termplanning.
Coordinate tactical product tasks throughout the release cycle.
- Collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure consistency in product design.
- Work with Senior Product Management throughout the development cycle to provide status updates on key features/epic progress for organization reporting purposes.
Manage teams.
- Hold weekly or biweekly 1:1 meeting with your direct reports.
- Ability to manageup to twoProduct Owners AIEnablement.
- Coach and mentor your team to help them succeed consistently improve and grow.

- Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled features tools or workflows (e.g. ML-powered automation decision support document intelligence copilots or analytics)

- Ability to translate AI capabilities and limitations into clear customer and business value
