Finance performance is won or lost before the customer ever enters the finance office. This role exists to ensure we achieve a strong Per Vehicle Average and Products Per Deal through ethical execution that protects both the customer and the business. When this role is making a real impact: Finance Managers receive consistent coaching Approvals convert into real deliveries PVA and PPD grow sustainably Customers feel confident informed and happy with purchase Stores dont need rescuing after the fact Your job is to raise standards build capability and create confidence. Not to micromanage or police. Youll spend most of your time in-store working shoulder-to-shoulder with Finance Managers Sales Managers and Vehicle Advisors. Youll coach in the moment and help teams understand not just what to do but why it matters. Youll develop Finance Managers into trusted professionals who know what great looks like where they stand and how to improve lifting capability across deal structuring credit strategy product presentation and ethical objection handling. Youll partner closely with Sales Managers to strengthen desking discipline pre-approvals product positioning and clean handovers to Finance because great Finance outcomes are built long before the customer reaches the finance office. Youll stay close to performance trends step in early when things drift and help turn approvals into delivered deals without cutting corners. Youll set the standard for the Finance Experience ensuring consistency clarity and integrity in every customer interaction. Ethics arent something you audit after the fact here.
