Job Summary

Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced motivated and patientâfocused Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations at our community pharmacy locations in Mississauga and Toronto. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence.

As a Pharmacy Manager you will oversee all pharmacy activities ensure compliance with regulatory standards support and mentor staff and contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations ensuring safe efficient and compliant workflow
Provide clinical expertise and exceptional patient counseling
Oversee inventory management ordering and cost control
Ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and all regulatory requirements
Train mentor and support pharmacy staff fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Manage scheduling performance evaluations and staffing needs
Build strong relationships with patients healthcare providers and the community
Implement company policies quality assurance programs and operational improvements
Support vaccination services and other clinical programs
Monitor KPIs and contribute to business growth initiatives

Skills Required:

Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
Minimum 23 years of pharmacy experience; management or leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations legislation and best practices
Excellent communication leadership and problemâsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastâpaced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Experience with pharmacy software systems (e.g. Kroll) is an asset
Certification to administer injections
