Requirements:
- 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment covering the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong sourcing & research skills using platforms such as LinkedIn GitHub Behance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive mature and collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail strong multitasking ability and flexibility in fast-changing environments
- Demonstrated success in closing technical roles
- Experience hiring for management and design positions is a strong advantage
- English proficiency at B1 level or above
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles including screening interviews and offer stages
- Drive and optimize strategic recruiting initiatives
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels and build strong talent pipelines
- Develop long-term win-win relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely clear feedback between all stakeholders
- Contribute to recruitment planning and support company growth initiatives
