Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including requirement gathering with Hiring Managers hiring planning candidate sourcing coordinating selection activities monitoring hiring progress and handling the offer process through to candidate onboarding.
Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.
Manage and develop relationships with external recruitment vendors/partners including headhunters and staffing agencies to ensure a qualified and timely candidate pipeline for hiring needs.
Coordinate with vendors on candidate submissions screening alignment and recruitment progress while monitoring vendor performance service quality and compliance with agreed terms; and handle candidates from offer stage through onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Coordinate with internal teams to process vendor payments ensuring accuracy proper documentation and compliance with agreed commercial terms.

Qualifications :
2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition within IT and outsourcing environments with hands-on exposure to sourcing technical and non-technical roles.
Experience in talent sourcing & employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn VietnamWorks ITviec Facebook specialized IT communities and niche talent groups.
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools to enhance recruitment efficiency including candidate sourcing screening and administrative task automation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with a variety of tools and systems to support recruitment operations reporting and vendor management.
Demonstrated ability for self-learning high adaptability and strong internal motivation.
Highly organized able to manage multiple requisitions in parallel while maintaining quality.
Proactive open-minded and autonomous in approaching tasks and solving recruitment challenges.
High sense of responsibility reliability and professional ethics.
Strong teamwork spirit; supportive and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
Strong networking ability and relationship-building skills within the IT talent market.
