About the Opportunity
The Sales Support Manager Load & Haul (LOHA) plays a key role in supporting and representing the LOHA business across the eastern states of Australia (NSW QLD VIC) New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Acting as a critical link between the Product Line Business Line Management factories and customers this role ensures the successful execution of the Business Line plan in line with divisional and long-term strategic objectives. Focusing on the LOHA product portfolio the role provides technical expertise product and application guidance pricing support and sales and engineering advice to internal and external stakeholders. As a trusted technical and commercial partner the Sales Support Manager supports customer solutions and represents Load & Haul through high-level engagement with both global and local teams.
Working closely with Account Management teams and other business lines this role helps identify and maximise sales opportunities and supports sustainable business growth across the region.
The role is ideally based in Queensland (Milton Brisbane) or New South Wales (Heatherbrae); however flexibility is available across the East Coast and can be discussed during the interview
Responsibilities:
About you:
You are an experienced senior leader with at least five years management experience ideally within the mining or construction industry with strong exposure to Load & Haul operations. You bring a solid technical foundation supported by a mechanical trade or engineering background and a business qualification such as an MBA or equivalent. Commercially astute and customer focused you have proven expertise in technical sales management tender compilation and negotiating commercial terms including P&L analysis. You are known for your ability to influence at a senior level build strong customer relationships manage business risk and think strategically. A strong people leader you thrive in high-performance environments lead across diverse and cross-cultural teams and consistently demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
