Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Position Description: Functional Consultant / aspiring Business Analyst with solid experience in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module of ERP solutions strong understanding of SD-related business processes excellent communication skills and good analytical ability. The primary responsibility is to manage incidents interact with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of functional issues or escalate to technical teams when required.
Responsibilities:
Incident Handling
Analyze incidents related to the Sales & Distribution module.
Determine if issues can be resolved functionally or require technical intervention.
Create detailed tasks for technical teams when escalation is needed.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as the liaison between business users and IT teams.
Provide clear updates on issue status and resolution timelines.
Facilitate discussions to ensure smooth coordination.
Functional Analysis
Understand business requirements and SD processes.
Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues.
Suggest process improvements and best practices.
Documentation
Maintain incident logs and resolution steps.
Prepare functional specifications for enhancements or fixes.
Must-Have Skills:
ERP Expertise
Good functional knowledge of Sales & Distribution module (Order Management Pricing Shipping Billing).
Familiarity with integration points (MM FI).
Business Process Knowledge
Understanding of SD processes: order-to-cash cycle delivery scheduling invoicing.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Tools & Documentation
Experience with ERP ticketing systems and incident management tools.
Ability to create functional specifications and process flow diagrams
