Job Summary
Education: UG – Any graduate (Must) & PG - MBA
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development. Industry background – EdTech insurance telecom & banking sector.
Language: English & Tamil
Age: Between 25 to 30 years.
Salary: 540000 to 600000 LPA (45000 – 50000 per month Take home)
Skills:
o Strong public speaking and presentation skills o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills o Basic computer knowledge MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) o Ability to multi-task and meet targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Chennai centre and franchisees in executing marketing activities.
- Conduct presentations for new and existing parents to promote SIP Abacus programs.
- Motivate and convince franchisees to invest in marketing initiatives.
- Work towards increasing student admissions across centres.
- Identify and sign up new schools for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and support local marketing campaigns with franchise partners.
Other Criteria:
- Should be proactive persuasive and comfortable interacting with parents and school authorities.
- Be willing to work on weekends (mainly Sundays) for promotional events and parent interactions.
- Own two-wheeler for travel.
- Native of Chennai.
- Willingness to travel within Chennai for marketing and business development activities.
