Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Business Loan Against Property (BLAP) to drive business sourcing and portfolio growth in the Meerut region. The role involves acquiring Business LAP cases through DSA channel partners and connectors while ensuring smooth loan processing and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business LAP sourcing through DSA brokers connectors and channel partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CA network property brokers and business communities.
Manage the end-to-end loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
Coordinate with credit legal and operations teams for case processing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and expand the BLAP portfolio.
Maintain pipeline management MIS reporting and portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and risk guidelines.

Qualification
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

Good understanding of credit evaluation and loan documentation.
Strong sales negotiation and relationship management skills.
