Job Summary
Willware Technologies is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with strong expertise in motor control and power electronics systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embedded C programming RTOS-based systems and hardware-software integration particularly in applications involving DC-DC and AC-DC inverter control.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and support embedded software for motor control and power electronics systems.

Work on end-to-end product development for systems involving DC-DC converters AC-DC converters and inverter control.

Develop firmware using C programming for embedded controllers.
-
Implement and manage RTOS-based applications including task scheduling semaphores message queues and mutexes.

Work with Renesas microcontrollers (especially RH850) and related development tools such as CS IDE.
-
Debug embedded systems using hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes (DSO) multimeters and logic analyzers.
-
Read and analyze hardware schematics to troubleshoot system issues.
-
Ensure effective hardware-software interaction including interrupt handling and multi-threaded system behavior.

Collaborate with hardware software and product development teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Required Skills

Strong experience in Embedded C programming.

Knowledge of motor control systems and power electronics.

Experience with RTOS concepts (tasks message queues semaphores mutexes task priorities).

Experience with Renesas controllers (RH850) and development tools such as CS IDE.

Ability to read hardware schematics and perform hardware debugging.

Experience using hardware debugging instruments (DSO multimeter etc.).

Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction and interrupt handling.
Preferred Skills

Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers.

Experience working on embedded systems in automotive EV or industrial power systems.

Knowledge of motor control algorithms and inverter control systems.
