Job Summary

Willware Technologies is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with strong expertise in motor control and power electronics systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embedded C programming RTOS-based systems and hardware-software integration particularly in applications involving DC-DC and AC-DC inverter control.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support embedded software for motor control and power electronics systems.

  • Work on end-to-end product development for systems involving DC-DC converters AC-DC converters and inverter control.

  • Develop firmware using C programming for embedded controllers.

  • Implement and manage RTOS-based applications including task scheduling semaphores message queues and mutexes.

  • Work with Renesas microcontrollers (especially RH850) and related development tools such as CS IDE.

  • Debug embedded systems using hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes (DSO) multimeters and logic analyzers.

  • Read and analyze hardware schematics to troubleshoot system issues.

  • Ensure effective hardware-software interaction including interrupt handling and multi-threaded system behavior.

  • Collaborate with hardware software and product development teams to ensure system reliability and performance.


Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Embedded C programming.

  • Knowledge of motor control systems and power electronics.

  • Experience with RTOS concepts (tasks message queues semaphores mutexes task priorities).

  • Experience with Renesas controllers (RH850) and development tools such as CS IDE.

  • Ability to read hardware schematics and perform hardware debugging.

  • Experience using hardware debugging instruments (DSO multimeter etc.).

  • Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction and interrupt handling.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ARM-based microcontrollers.

  • Experience working on embedded systems in automotive EV or industrial power systems.

  • Knowledge of motor control algorithms and inverter control systems.
