Salary: per annum (including sleep-ins)
Working Hours: Full-time shift-based (including long days & sleep-ins)
Hourly Rate: Competitive included within annual salary

Pay Per Sleep: 50 per sleep-in

Qualifications Required: None essential (full training provided)

Calm under pressure and confident managing challenging situations
Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
Passionate about building a long-term career in childrens residential care
No prior residential experience required a comprehensive induction is provided including:
2 weeks classroom-based training
1 week supported shadow shifts
Large well-established childrens residential care provider
Multiple homes across the UK
Strong focus on therapeutic care and long-term outcomes
Clear expansion and development plans
Additional services supporting children and young people
