Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Salary: per annum (including sleep-ins)
Working Hours: Full-time shift-based (including long days & sleep-ins)
Hourly Rate: Competitive included within annual salary
Number of Sleeps Required: Yes (rota-based)
Pay Per Sleep: 50 per sleep-in
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD / SEMH / Trauma / Neglect / CSE / CCE
Qualifications Required: None essential (full training provided)
Experience in Years Required: Desirable but not essential

• Ofsted Rating: Ofsted registered childrens home

• Ratio of Staff to Children: High staff-to-child ratio to ensure safety and support

Who we are looking for

Caring compassionate and resilient individuals
Aged 22 (to meet Ofsted regulations)
Able to build positive consistent relationships with young people
Calm under pressure and confident managing challenging situations
Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
Passionate about building a long-term career in childrens residential care

No prior residential experience required a comprehensive induction is provided including:

• 2 weeks classroom-based training

• 1 week supported shadow shifts

You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
You only have Healthcare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience
