Job Summary
Working within the principles of person-centred support we require dedicated individuals to support adults with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism and autistic spectrum disorders
- Complex needs and mental health issues
- Challenging behaviours
No two days are the same in this role; you will have the opportunity to assist someone else broaden their horizons and experiences whilst doing the same for you.
Qualifications :
Skills & Requirements
- We dont require experience as full training is provided but we are looking for:
- Compassion and empathy: A genuine desire to help others.
- Communication: Building rapport with clients and families.
- Patience and understanding: Remaining calm in challenging situations.
- Observational skills: Noticing changes in condition or behaviour.
- Organisation: Managing tasks effectively and keeping accurate records.
- Physical stamina: Required for tasks like lifting or assisting with mobility.
- Essential: A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Essential: The Right to Work in the UK.
