Schedule Commitment
Works a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and nights during the summer season averaging 20-40 hours a week.
Pay Plan
The Seasonal Camp Counselor is a non-exempt non-benefitted GAP position with an hourly rate of $17.00.
Candidate Engagement Plan
We are actively accepting applications for our 2026 Summer Season from May-September. Our hiring team will complete weekly application material reviews and connect with qualified candidates on the next steps of our hiring process between January 23-March 29 or until filled.

Eligibility
Experience
- 18 Years of age or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience working with children of all ages.
- Certification of CPR/FA is preferred; it will be required upon hire for continued employment.
- Completion of training and orientation is required for continuing employment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Knowledge of Youth Program Standards of Care
- Strong emotional maturity and leadership skills.
- Interpersonal skills for effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Commitment to providing a positive and safe camp environment.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
