Job Summary

LEAD PEGA DEVELOPER

Location- Memphis TN OR Birmingham AL or New Orleans LO

This position is CTH after 6 months.

Required Qualifications

PEGA Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification (mandatory).

Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC case management decisioning and BPM.

Experience in financial services or banking domain preferred.

Proficiency in integration technologies (SOAP/REST APIs MQ Kafka etc.).

Solid understanding of cloud deployment (AWS Azure or GCP) and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Domain Knowledge (Loans Disputes)

Experience in retail lending (personal loans home loans auto loans) and/or collections/servicing.

Understanding of dispute/complaint lifecycle:

o intake triage investigation resolution customer communication closure audit evidence.

Exposure to servicing operations and exception handling (fee reversals adjustments refunds).
