Job Title: Technical Lead (Hybrid)

Job Description:

The Client is seeking a .NET SME for an existing development project. The position is for someone with experience in ETL Back-End Front-End and Application design and development. This is a highly skilled position and this candidate needs to be familiar with structured development methodologies and Agile methodology along with release management techniques. The candidate must have experience with software development within framework and real time systems programming languages software testing/quality assurance proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript Additionally the candidate must be proficient with MVC 5 responsive design and Web API. The candidate must be an excellent communicator capable of leveraging technical and business comprehension to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Provides assessments of technical and operational practices based on leading industry standards specific to the technology requested. Develops technical applications to support users.
Develops implements maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design development installation modification and documentation of assigned systems.
Provides training for system products and procedures to other technical resources as needed. Performs application upgrades.
Performs monitoring maintenance or reporting on real- time databases real-time network and serial data communications and real-time graphics and logic applications.
Troubleshoots system issues as needed.
Ensures project life cycle is in compliance with the client standards and procedures.

The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems in the implementation of client enhancements or new system requirements as per industry standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist in system development solutions while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
- Experience with integrating systems with various internal and external systems

Qualifications & Expertise:

Expert level experience in documenting business process and flow
Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the companys business goals.
Experience delivering highly scalable architecture Solution that Supports mobile and web
Experienced in web technologies with mobile app design experience
Experience with large complex data sets
Communication skills both written and spoken business level English mandatory
Strong documentation skills

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

Strong Candidate will have:
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills.
- Extremely strong attention to detail
- Excellenttime management and organizational skills; the ability to manage conflicting priorities and multi-task effectively; and communicate Current Status and tasks to management
- Self-starter able to quickly adapt to new business environments with minimal supervision; strong work ethic and motivated to succeed
- Ability to determine proper course or methodology with minimal direction or supervision while at same time having the judgment to know what and when to escalate
The ideal candidate will be Providing the technical and development expertise to the project on a daily basis. This includes working with the Business Analyst QA and internal business units to troubleshoot and resolve production issues Create time-sensitive reports in SQL develop enhancements based on requirements perform unit test cases support release of enhancements as well as work with the team to modernize the system from both a usability and technical perspective.
The current solution uses M5 and C# hence the candidate should know these technologies and also SQL SQL Server Azure and SharePoint.
