PROGRAMME LEADER: COMMUNITY-BASED INITIATIVES
Little Seeds Unit for Early Childhood Development a joint initiative of Badisa and Diaconia is looking for a person who can facilitate and lead our community-based initiatives in collaboration with congregations Badisa programmes and communities.
Responsibilities:Developing new and expanding existing initiatives Monitoring and evaluating service delivery Networking and stakeholder engagement Training research administration.
Relevant experience and qualifications: Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in community-based early childhood development or related social/community programs Recognized tertiary qualification in Education Community Development Social Work or related fields.
Profile: Innovative proactive and able to work in a team Good organisational administrative and communication skills with sensitivity to diverse cultural and community contexts Fluent in English Afrikaans and/or IsiXhosa Valid drivers licence.
