Job Summary
Our client a leading technology solutions provider based in Limerick is seeking a dedicated and ambitious IT Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition. This role is exclusively focused on securing new business opportunities and is fully supported by senior engineers and a solutions architect. You will work directly with prospective clients gaining a strong understanding of their challenges and presenting tailored IT solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential new clients across key industry sectors; engage decision-makers and build opportunities.
Prepare and present customised IT proposals and accurate quotations aligned with client needs.
Manage your sales pipeline and schedule effectively to maintain consistent outreach follow-up and deal progression.
Collaborate with technical teams to support solution scoping and proposal development.
Work with a solutions architect to recommend appropriate technologies and services that align with client goals.
Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and stay current with market and technology trends.
Support wider business initiatives and contribute to company growth objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar business development role within the IT industry demonstrating strong success in new client acquisition.
Desirable experience includes:
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing
Ability to deliver technology-focused presentations
Solid technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM systems
Full Irish driving licence required.
Must be eligible to work and reside in Ireland (EC passport holder or current Stamp 4 Visa).
