ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
We are currently seeking an experienced Scheduling Administrator to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support across Anglo Living and Anglo FM/Delta which consists of 4 villages and 5 x mine sites. This role will report into the Operation Support Officer.
The position is Monday-Friday 38 hours per week and consists of a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will also be required to travel to site as and when required.
The Position
- Manage scheduling for 5 x mine sites and 4 x village operations.
- Handle payroll queries and resolve schedulingrelated issues.
- Track subsequent medical reviews and followups working closely with Site Managers
- Oversee Omega scheduling and roster management.
- Assist with booking and coordinating training requirements ie. Standard 11 inductions
- Process and manage uniform requests.
- Manage accommodation booking requests for casual mine site staff.
The Person
- 2-3 years experience in staff rostering and workforce scheduling
- Experience supporting multi-disciplinary operational teams.
- Proficiency in systems
- Strong analytical organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
- Ability to travel to site as and when required
