Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Assistant:

AssisttheMarketingteamin theproposalprocessincluding info gathering resume creationdocumentlayoutproposalsubmission and interview presentations.
Monitor websites for new project opportunities.
Supportspecialeventsand trade shows.
Developlayout and graphic designskills in Adobe software (emphasis on InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word).
Performtasks to ensure the quality of Marketing materials such as proofreading aesthetics and compliance reviews.
Make updatesinthe relationship management (CRM) system.
Travel between Apex officesand toclient locations to deliver proposalsas needed.
Fulfill other administrative tasks as needed.

What were looking for:

Degree certification or equivalent experience in communications marketing business English journalism or a related field.
0-3 years of professional experience.
Foundational writing and editing abilities. Graphic design skillsa plus.
Ability to learn Adobe InDesign.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.
Availability for occasional event support during nonbusiness hourssuch ascommunity events.
Solid organizational multitasking and prioritizing skills with strong attention to detail.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to work in-personat theFort Myers office. A hybridworkarrangement may bepossiblepending training and positive performance.
Ability to travel between offices for related tasks on occasion.
Valid drivers license safe drivinghistoryand reliable transportation.
