Job Summary

Duties:

  • Ability to accurately create edit save and print documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledgeable in PowerPoint and Access.
  • Works for Senior Level.
  • Handle on schedule anticipate administrative needs (i.e. editing a deck)
  • Draft correspondence
  • Working with Natalie setup meetings and ensure she has what is needed for them
  • Ensure follow ups are complete

Skills:

  • One year experience
  • This is a Chief of Staff position.
  • Key is that the individual has the skills needed and experience at c-level/executive level in a Chief of Staff / EA role.
  • While hospital & clinical settings would be ideal the right background in a different industry would be appropriate to consider.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree

Schedule Notes:

  • Hybrid - worker is required to physically report to the office twice a week at 50 Water St. every Tuesday and Friday.
  • Tuesdays and Fridays shift starts at 8 AM
  • The remaining workdays (usually Monday Wednesday Thursday) are remote/work-from-home days and shift is 9AM - 5PM
