Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled colleague to join us as our new Assistant Headteacher (Inclusion) in April 2026. Our staff team is hardworking committed and dedicated willing to offer support and expertise to develop your own practice as well as excited to learn from you. as we work collaboratively to enhance the educational experiences of our pupils. The successful candidate will find themselves in a vibrant school environment characterised by productive classrooms and lovely grounds conducive to both teaching and learning

Two-Week October Half Term
We have introduced a two-week October half-term across all our schools. This initiative is already making a positive impact giving staff and pupils a valuable break during the long autumn term reducing absence through illness and supporting overall well-being. It also brings greater consistency across our Trust creating a more connected and efficient way of working. Its just one example of how we prioritise our people and create a working environment where everyone can thrive.
