Key Result Areas
1. Financials
*Managing Revenue & EBITDA of MFL Brands
2. Financial Planning & Analysis
*Preparation of First cut sales FICO Reco & Monthly Results analysis of sellex and OH vs budget LY and monthly trends discussing the same with respective stakeholders
3. MIS Reports
*Preparation & circulation of MIS Reports CFD Deck Quarterly deck
4. Brand wise reporting
*Reporting of financials brand wise/ channel wise/ product wise etc. Providing inputs on brand wise scope of improvements which can be looked into by business team to strengthen financials and driving cost reductions
5. Automation of Reports
*COPA Understanding Power BI report understanding and time to time review/change request of reports based on business needs
