Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations in our growing FMCG organization. The ideal candidate should assist in recruitment coordination employee documentation attendance management and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing screening and interview coordination

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees

  • Manage attendance leave records and HR MIS

  • Assist in payroll input preparation

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities

  • Handle HR correspondence and internal communication

  • Support compliance and statutory documentation

    • MBA / MSW in HR
