Job Summary

Campaign Strategy & Execution (Blinkit & Amazon Focus):


  • Design launch and manage promotional campaigns (e.g. flash sales coupons visibility boosters) on platforms like Blinkit Amazon and others as needed.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales volume conversion rate and Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability across all channels.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:


  • Monitor campaign performance daily generating detailed reports on effectiveness and ROI.
  • Utilize platform-specific analytics tools to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements (e.g. visuals pricing copy) to continuously improve results.

Brand Building & Visibility:


  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our brands organic visibility search ranking and digital shelf presence on e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee the management of brand stores product listings (content images A content) ensuring they are optimized for performance and reflect brand guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for strategic advantage.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for platform account managers (e.g. Blinkit/Amazon teams) for campaign-related discussions and new initiatives.
