About the Company: Our client is a growing digital lending company operating across multiple states in Nigeria focused on responsible lending and strong portfolio performance.
Job Objective:
Our client is seeking result-oriented Loan Referral Officers who will be responsible for identifying pre-screening and introducing qualified loan prospects for the company. The role is designed to support sustainable portfolio growth by prioritizing quality referrals repayment capacity and portfolio discipline rather than aggressive sales activity. S/he will operate strictly as a referral facilitator.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and introduce loan-ready businesses and individuals
Conduct basic pre-screening before referrals
Carry out physical business visits where required
Submit weekly activity and progress reports
Cooperate with verification credit and recovery teams
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND
Basic experience in sales loan sourcing agency banking or field marketing is an advantage
Strong local market knowledge and ability to source loan-ready prospects
Comfortable with field work and physical visits
Ability to submit weekly activity reports
Good communication skills and professional conduct
High level of honesty and accountability
Willingness to learn and comply with the organizations processes
