To attain the maximum annual salary employee must meet all minimum qualifications plus:
- 5 (five) years of additional applicable work experience and/or degrees higher than minimum qualification degree. Degrees higher than the minimum qualification degree can be used in combination with additional work experience.
- Acombination of related education on-the-job work experience certifications and/or licenses that results in a candidate successfully meeting the minimum qualifications of the position may be considered.
The stated salary amounts are not guaranteed in the event employment ends with Aims during any fiscal year.

Job Description:

This position will assist the Testing Center Program Coordinator in the management and direction of all operations of the Greeley Testing Center including testing activities on the Ft Lupton Loveland and Windsor campuses with a primary focus on administering and proctoring tests for Aims and third-party testing vendors. Additionally this position assists with staff training helping to direct and coordinate testing activities implement projects maintain record security and serve as a liaison to faculty staff and community agencies regarding testing and placement matters.
Administrative Support:
- Keep email and telephone correspondence current schedule appointments as needed and maintain and update files.
- Perform general duties including completion of work orders ordering supplies and cleaning testing stations.
- Update Testing Center web pages to ensure accuracy of information and marketing appeal.
- Represent the Testing Center supervisor at college meetings and other informational sessions when necessary.
- Assist the Testing Center supervisor with special projects and provide assistance when needed.
- Create and maintain data-driven reports.
- Create and deliver presentations on testing protocols to Aims students.
- Collaborate with IT staff to enhance the use of technology in day-to-day operations which include automation of various manual processes. Install configure and update computer programs as needed.
- Use appropriate systems (Vendor databases WorkDay Excel etc.) for input query retrieval and analysis of information.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Pre-Test Administration:
- Consistently maintain a clean and secure testing environment by enforcing established procedures including identification of tester electronic devices their proper use and storage outerwear and other restrictions.
- Verify testing candidate/student identification to ensure correct tests are administered to designated testers.
- Guide testing candidates/students through the computer/paper check-in process.
- Communicate with testing vendors/reps Aims faculty/staff order to maintain good relationships and to keep informed of the latest test updates/ policy changes.
- Prepare and maintain inventory of testing units/supplies and prepare orders for testing units/supplies as needed.
- Print copy and organize instructor and proctored tests to be ready and available on test day.
Test Administration:
- Maintain the confidentiality security and integrity of records and tests.
- Provide testing accommodations as approved for testers by following the proper testing accommodation procedure.
- Monitor all testing and present a high level of visibility without distracting testers to maintain an environment that discourages cheating. This includes monitoring security equipment to ensure the accuracy and integrity of testing procedures and doing frequent walk-throughs of the testing labs.
- Follow established procedures when a testing candidate/student is not observing testing rules including professionally approaching the candidate recording the issue alerting the testing organization or faculty member and logging an incident report.
Post-Test Administration:
- Check out testing candidates and file the appropriate paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain and organize files for high-stakes testing paperwork and documentation and finished faculty/proctored test files.
- Use a copier/scanner to return completed exams to instructors.
- Report test results and placements to students and recommend appropriate retesting opportunities.
- If applicable analyze placement scores to determine appropriate placements.
- Suggest alternatives to students who need to improve test scores or who do not meet the minimum cut scores on Accuplacer or other placement tests.

- Associates Degree; plus two (2) years of experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs Google Workspace and e-mail.
- Basic computer competency skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with self-management abilities.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree; plus three years of experience in customer service or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Experience as a test proctor working in a testing center.
- Experience working in student services with demonstrated ability to work well with faculty students and the general public.
- Experience with WorkDay high-stakes testing vendors/professional licensure agencies such as Pearson Vue PSI Prometric CollegeBoard ACT NCCT etc.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking).
