Job Summary

System4 Facility Services Management is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Facility Services to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality facility management services across our client portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for managing operations developing service strategies ensuring client satisfaction and driving operational efficiency across multiple service lines including janitorial maintenance and facility support services.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong operational expertise in facility management team leadership and client relationship management.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

  • Oversee daily facility service operations across multiple client sites to ensure service quality efficiency and compliance with company standards.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery productivity and cost control.

  • Ensure all services meet contractual obligations performance standards and safety regulations.

  • Monitor service metrics KPIs and client satisfaction to continuously improve operations.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead mentor and develop operations managers supervisors and service teams.

  • Foster a culture of accountability professionalism and service excellence.

  • Coordinate workforce planning staffing and performance management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key client relationships.

  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure service satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with sales and account teams to retain clients and expand services.

Financial & Budget Oversight

  • Manage operational budgets and ensure cost-effective service delivery.

  • Analyze financial performance manage P&L responsibilities and implement cost-control strategies.

  • Support contract pricing forecasting and resource allocation.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards OSHA guidelines and company policies.

  • Implement safety programs and training initiatives for all facility staff.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational reporting.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Facility Management Operations Management or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • 7 years of experience in facility services operations management or building services leadership.

  • Experience managing multi-site facility operations.

  • Proven success managing teams and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
