• Oversee the planning coordination and execution of integration build processes and testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure seamless integration of components

• Manage build configurations and troubleshoot issues to maintain system integrity.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements

• Deliver high-quality solutions on schedule

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelors in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant prior experience.

• Experience with systems integration at multiple levels of a build

• Integration build and test processes experience

• Experience leading a team

• Active and transferrable US Government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Strong experience with process improvement

• Experience working autonomously with minimal oversight

• Experience executing program gate activities (PDR CDR TRR etc.)

• Experience with 1553 Reprogramming

• Flight test experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Integration troubleshooting experience

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
