Job Description Onsite WMS (Blue Yonder) Test Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for an Onsite WMS Test Lead with strong experience in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS to lead QA activities across warehouse operations programs. The role requires solid WMS functional knowledge proven test leadership skills and strong experience in end-to-end and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead QA planning and execution for Blue Yonder WMS implementations upgrades and enhancements.

Validate core warehouse processes including inbound put away inventory replenishment picking packing shipping and cycle counting.

Drive end-to-end integration testing across WMS and connected systems such as ERP TMS OMS and carrier interfaces.

Review requirements create test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage in Agile delivery cycles.

Execute functional and integration test cases perform basic backend validations and review application/interface logs as needed.

Collaborate with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers and Operations teams for requirement clarity and timely defect resolution.

Coordinate with offshore teams for test execution and daily reporting.

Provide QA signoff and support release readiness cutover and go live activities.

Required Skills & Experience

12 years of overall QA experience with 5 years specifically in WMS testing (Blue Yonder ).

Strong understanding of warehouse operations: inbound outbound inventory management replenishment and logistics flows.

Handson experience conducting integration testing between WMS and ERP/TMS/OMS systems.

Working knowledge of standard QA tools (e.g. Jira Zephyr/TestRail) and basic API/data validation concepts.

Strong analytical skills clear communication and stakeholder coordination experience.

Experience working in Agile sprint-based delivery environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with Blue Yonder WMS 2023.x versions.

Exposure to RF/handheld device workflows and warehouse automation systems.

Understanding of configuration-driven WMS processes.
