Client is seeking a Senior Level Specialist in Performance Testing for a 12 month engagement to provide testing support with the Enterprise Testing Team.

Candidates must be located in North Carolina to be considered for the role.

This is a hybrid position. The candidate will be expected to be onsite 1-3 days a month.

Client is seeking a Senior Level Specialist in Performance Testing for a 12 month engagement to provide testing support with the DOT IT Enterprise Testing Team. The support consists of software testing of new releases/upgrades to applications developed by DOT IT for deployment. The individual must have proven experience with developing test documents automated test scripts and testing web applications with complex interfaces across technology platforms. Experience with HPs suite of testing tools (ALM/Quality Center Quick Test Professional LoadRunner/Performance Center and SiteScope) is required.

Review and analysis of project requirements for clarity understanding and testability
Development of system test plans and manual test cases
Development of automatic test scripts for functional and performance testing
Execution of the test cases and test scripts
Defect management and reporting
Providing input or creating testing artifacts to include but not be limited to test plans test results metrics and defect reports
Providing weekly status reports to management

Experience testing business web applications and complex business applications across technologies. - Required 5 Years

Experience in designing test plans manual test case definition and test case execution and review and analysis of project requirements. - Required 5 Years

Experience with developing automated test scripts. - Required 5 Years

Experience with HP Testing Tools Suite (ALM/Quality Center Quick Test Professional/UFT LoadRunner/Performance Center and SiteScope. - Required 5 Years

Experience developing testing approach test environment requirements and data strategies. - Required 5 Years

Strong demonstrated documentation skills (test cases test plans and test artifacts). - Required 5 Years

Strong Microsoft Suite experience (e.g. Word Excel PowerPoint). - Required 5 Years

Experience testing in an Agile life-cycle environment. - Required 5 Years

Ability to learn complex business functions. - Required 5 Years

Ability to organize/manage own work and meet a pre-determined schedule of deliverables. - Required 5 Years

Computer Science Degree or related discipline; professional certification. - Required 5 Years
