Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and lead a team of testers Knowledge on latest Testing methodologies like TDD and BDD
Ability to define Testing Plans and Test strategy for Manual Testing Ability to define and drive testing by defining and maintaining scripts in Quality Tools
Ability to extract business requirements from end users Educate and mentor testers to achieve testing goals
Ability to run defects meeting and coordination on defect triage
