About the role

Youllhelp manage our fire safety inspection and testing programmes-fromfire alarms and emergency lighting to fire risk admin processes keep compliance recordsaccurate and support effective follow-up on remedial work. Your coordination helps us stay safe efficient and tenantfocused.

Werehiring on a permanent basis offeringanagile working arrangement with a blend of home and office working. Our head office is based in Newport and we also have a teamlocatedin long asyoureable to travel to the office for team meetings and collaborative days we welcome applications from either location or the surrounding areas.

Skills and Experience Needed

To thrive in this roleyoullneed a solid background in administration ideally within a customer-focused or propertyrelated who knows how to keep things organised follow procedures and stay on top of the detail.

Youllbe confident using IT especially Microsoft Office and able to pick up new systems with ease. Communication is key in this role soyoullneed to be clearprofessionaland approachable when working with a range of teamscontractorsand other stakeholders.

Youllbe confident juggling a range of admin tasks from scheduling appointments and raising orders to updating systems and supporting meetings.

A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential along with some knowledge of how buildings are managed andmaintained. Ifyourefamiliar with fire safety requirements and technical building terminology thatsa real plus.

Youllalso need to be comfortable working with data keepingaccuraterecords and supporting compliance across our assets.

And if you hold a Level 3 Award in Fire Safety Managementthatseven better but if not we can support the right person to achieve it.

Pay and Pensions

  • 29117.00 per annum

  • Pension Choices:

  • Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or

  • Defined Benefit (DB) 1/80th of final salary for every year of service.

Time off and Flexibility
