Regional Director Fire Engineering London or Manchester

Salary: Up to 130000 package

Vertical Recruitment is partnering with a leading global multidisciplinary consultancy to appoint a Regional Director Fire Engineering to lead and grow their UK fire engineering capability.

This is a senior leadership role suited to an established Principal Associate Director or Director-level Fire Engineer looking to take ownership of a regional team within a well-established and highly respected consultancy environment.

The Role

Lead mentor and grow a team of fire engineers across the region
Oversee delivery of large and complex fire engineering projects across multiple sectors
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership nationally
Maintain and develop key client relationships while supporting new business growth
Provide technical leadership and project oversight on major commissions
Support recruitment team development and strategic growth of the fire engineering function

Requirements

Strong background delivering fire engineering projects within the UK
Experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment
Excellent knowledge of UK fire standards (ADB BS9991 BS9999 etc.)
Experience with modelling tools such as FDS and evacuation modelling software
Professional membership such as MIFireE / CFPE preferred
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status desirable
