Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
- Possession of Corporate Membership of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) or other professional institutions is preferred
- Knowledge of signalling / telecom systems project management is an advantage
Remarks
- Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
Required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations

Responsibilities
Lead a team of supervisors and technical staff to manage maintenance and engineering activities of signalling or telecom systems / radio and telecom network systems
Monitor and improve equipment performance to sustain a high level of train service reliability
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organise and control engineering works for service improvements
Oversee asset management system performance reviews modification works as well as maintenance contract supervision
Lead the Rapid Response Unit to perform instant service recovery
