MISSION:
We are looking for a Solutions Engineer based in Hong Kong who will also serve a backup for the China market within the Solution Delivery function.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role Overview Solutions Engineer:
The Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in helping our Sales teams win strategic deals by:
- Translating client needs into the right risk intelligence or credit solutions.
- Delivering clear tailored demos and proposals that show how our data and tools create value.
- Bringing strong technical credibility and ensuring the solutions we promise are fully deliverable.
- Guiding clients through how Cofaces scores data and digital tools support their credit processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client challenges and shape appropriate solutions by analysing their portfolios and creditrisk requirements.
- Deliver tailored demos and proofofconcept presentations showcasing Cofaces data scores and digital capabilities.
- Support Sales throughout the deal cycle including proposal preparation and technical input for RFPs/RFIs.
- Ensure feasibility of proposed solutions by coordinating closely with Product Delivery and Operations teams.
- Provide clear technical and data expertise explaining scores reports APIs and integration pathways in an accessible way
Qualifications :
- Clientfacing solution delivery (25 years):
- Experienced in leading discovery calls understanding client workflows shaping solution requirements building value cases and copresenting with Sales to drive deal progression.
- Demo creation & proposal development:
- Skilled in building tailored solution demos preparing highquality proposals and drafting RFP/RFI responses that clearly link product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Workshops & ProofofConcepts (POCs):
- Proficient in facilitating technical workshops running sandbox environments and delivering POCs that validate data quality solution feasibility and overall fit for client use cases
