Job Summary
Now Hiring HR Coordinator!!Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5 (1-hour unpaid lunch breaks)Pay Rate: $24-$28/hr- Pay rate depends on experienceBachelors degree preferred in related field (concentration in Human resources preferred)Minimum one to three years of Human Resources experience preferredPrevious applicant tracking and screening experience preferredExperience with employee relations and positive attitude is requiredWorking knowledge of the major functional areas of HR including applicant/resume screening good working knowledge of policy administration employee relations benefits/payroll administration and state and federal employment laws including but not limited to FMLA COBRA ADA USERRAExcellent communication (spoken written and presentation) skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Paylocity highly preferred)Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly desiredFor more information please call Yuri Mata at or email resume to
