Job Summary
Success4Life Tutoring Services Inc. is hiring a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our remote team. This role is critical in supporting our outreach and promotional initiatives helping us connect with students families and partner organizations and ensuring our programs reach those who can benefit most.
The ideal candidate is organized proactive and eager to learn about digital marketing and educational communications.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote tutoring programs
Support email marketing and outreach initiatives
Maintain and update website content as needed
Conduct basic market research to identify audience trends and engagement opportunities
Track campaign performance and prepare simple reports for the team
Collaborate with internal team members on marketing strategies and outreach efforts
Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in marketing communications or related field is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in marketing social media management or content creation
Familiarity with online marketing tools or platforms (e.g. Canva Mailchimp Hootsuite)
Interest in education and community outreach
Experience working in a remote or virtual team
