Position Overview
Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Long Term Care assignment in Potosi MO.
This role involves working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality patient-centered care focused on improving mobility strength and overall function.
Key Responsibilities

Implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist

Assist patients with therapeutic exercises ambulation and mobility training
-
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to supervising PT
-
Utilize modalities and assistive devices as part of care plans
-
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques
-
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
-
Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements
-
Active Missouri PTA License
-
Minimum 1 year of PTA experience
-
LTC or Rehab experience REQUIRED
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Assignment Details

MondayFriday schedule (8-hour shifts)

Flexible start times (must be consistent with DOR)

No call
-
No weekends (unless making up time for holiday schedule)
