In the role of aSmall Business Banker you will join the Central Coast NSW team thats doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
As a Small Business Banker at NAB youll be the trusted partner backing the ambition of NSWs small business community. Youll manage and grow a diverse portfolio deepen relationships and bring new customers into the NAB family.
In this role youll use your lending knowledge commercial acumen and customerfirst mindset to deliver tailored endtoend solutions that help business owners move with confidence. Youll represent NAB across our Retail Branches Business Banking Centres and out in the community strengthening advocacy driving portfolio growth and positioning NAB as the bank of choice.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
- Keep things simple whilstmanaging Small Business customers business and home lending requests
- Move with speed in this role to grow revenue and drive customer advocacy
- Be customer obsessed and increase the portion of customers who consider NAB to be their Bank of Choice.
- Own it by understanding our customers needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
- Wintogether by engaging and building relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.

- Motivation to build genuine personal connections with our customers empowering them to feel confident and bring their business dreams to life.
- Lending experience in business banking or retail banking
- Excellent understanding of the SME Market
- Strong customer and relationship management
- Problem solving critical thinking and negotiation skills
