Job Description:

Act as the primary contact for business development for Asia Asset Management with a focus on HK market retirement and wealth management market.
Key deliverables include but are not limited to developing innovative products for wealth management retirement pension investment-linked insurance and to introduce complex financial products to market successfully.
Coordinate and liaise with regulatory authorities (MPFA SFC and other relevant bodies) to proactively facilitate new product approvals as well as revamps and enhancements of existing offerings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Investment Marketing Risk Compliance Legal and Operations teams to
- Lead the design and formulation of product investment strategies
- Oversee the establishment of new fund vehicle structures across multiple jurisdictions
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans stakeholder training programs and support operational processes.
Maintain and continually enhance a robust product framework to ensure effective product development ongoing maintenance timely reviews and full compliance with governing regulations and prevailing market best practices
Drive market intelligence and product innovation by conducting in-depth market research monitoring competitor product launches capturing customer needs and designing innovative investment solutionsincluding those for Hong Kong MPF as well as portfolios and vehicles spanning Asia Hong Kong and global high-net-worth segments

Key Requirements:

Masters degree in finance Actuarial Science Economics or a related discipline or a Bachelors degree with extensive senior management experience.
8 years of progressive experience in asset management insurance investments MPF or wealth management including substantial responsibilities in product design product development or investment platform management.
Professional qualifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
High proficiency in written and spoken English Cantonese and Mandarin
