About the Role
As a Senior Consultant you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and technologydriven change for toptier financial institutions. Youll work across a wide spectrum of transformative initiativesfrom digital platform redesign and process automation to data modernisation customerjourney transformation operating model design and largescale delivery programmes.
This is an opportunity to shape the future of financial services by working on projects that span multiple sectors including banking capital markets payments wealth and emerging fintech ecosystems. Key Responsibilities
- Own workstreams and drive the delivery of complex multidisciplinary transformation programmes across the financial services landscape
- Design forwardthinking solutions across technology people data and operational models
- Support the delivery of digital data and enterprisewide transformation initiatives for global banks wealth managers capital markets players and other financial institutions
- Translate industry and market trends into actionable strategies that help clients achieve growth scalability and competitive advantage
- Work crossfunctionally to shape digital transformation strategiesincluding customer experience journey redesign platform modernisation and agile operating models
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define business requirements structure delivery roadmaps establish KPIs and ensure successful endtoend execution
- Lead analysis synthesis and problemsolving efforts to design target operating models optimise processes and accelerate enterprise change
Requirements
We are seeking strong financial services professionals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Digital transformation
- Data strategy data management analytics and datadriven decisioning
- Business & finance transformation
- Technology strategy architecture and techenabled change
- Operating model design and enterprise delivery
You should bring:
- 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Services (e.g. banking wealth capital markets fintech payments) ideally with exposure to digital data or operational transformation
- 3 years experience in one or more: digital transformation agile delivery operational excellence process redesign target operating model implementation
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and practical experience designing or implementing systems and business processes
- Proven ability to work on largescale programmes partner directly with senior stakeholders and coordinate crossfunctional teams
- Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to proactively identify solutions and mitigate risks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Project Visio etc.)
