Responsibilities- Prepare and record journal entries including cash advances settlements reimbursements and other daily transactions.
- Input and verify invoices received ensuring completeness of supporting documents.
- Review and validate documents cash advance settlements.
- Process operational expense (OPEX) payments accurately and on time.
- Input invoices and maintain outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
- Prepare report for monthly closing and perform reconciliation with the Trial Balance.
- Maintain proper filing of finance documents both softcopy and hardcopy.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation when needed.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in using accounting software or ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations; knowledge of taxation is preferred.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
