Job Summary
Cross-Functional Operational Support
- Execute and coordinate operational support across AP AR GL and Tax functions as assigned.
- Provide support during critical periods such as monthly closing audits and backlog clearance.
- Perform transaction verification basic reconciliations and ensure completeness of supporting documentation in accordance with company standards.
Reconciliation & Process Quality
- Identify operational discrepancies and coordinate with relevant PICs for resolution.
- Support preparation of supporting schedules and working papers for internal and external audit purposes.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks in line with agreed service levels (SLA).
Knowledge & Process Continuity
- Document processes and key learnings during cross-functional assignments.
- Share relevant knowledge with team members when required.
- Provide constructive input to improve operational effectiveness and process efficiency.
Collaboration & Professional Conduct
-Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
-Adapt to shifting business priorities and operational requirements.
