Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for carry out experiment/record documentation for observation and results
Responsible to develop process for Reduce the costs of the existing products
Responsible to develop methods to enhance the quality of the assigned project
Responsible for contribution of R&D downstream operation
Responsible to provide efficient experimental session/execution/ evaluation/ record and documentation for the process and research in chemistry division
Responsible to find out literatures for relevant projects.
Responsible for costing sheet preparation/ Reviewing as per Clint requirements
Responsible for preparation/ Reviewing TBR BMR files
Responsible to review documents for new and alternate vendor qualification of raw material and compiling the documents as per the requirement
Responsible for reviewing the specifications for Final products.
Responsible for releasing/ rejecting the Raw materials and Final Product.
Responsible for reviewing completed batch production and laboratory control records of critical process steps before release of the Product for distribution.
Responsible for investigating and resolving critical deviations.
Responsible for approving all specifications and master production instructions.
Responsible for approving all procedures affecting the quality of Product under the scope of Audit.
Responsible for internal audits (self-inspections) if any discrepancies.
Responsible for Approving/ Rejecting Vendors.
Responsible for reviewing completed batch production and laboratory control records of critical process steps before release of the Product for distribution.
Responsible for preparing end use/VQ document letters as per the customs requirement.
Responsible for preparation protocol Lab development and process validation reports
Responsible for maintaining the documents project wise
Responsible for preparing and maintaining the Bharavi laboratory SOP
Shall perform other related tasks assigned by HOD
Responsible for co-coordinating the training planner to the lab members
Responsible for taking initiatives for self-development and update self on recent developments in own area of work
