Commercial Insurance Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Producer to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales acumen a proven track record of success and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $80000 - $100000
- Commission Structure:
- Year 1: 20% new business 30% renewal
- Year 3: 40% new business 30% renewal
- 401(k) Plan: Competitive
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package provided
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking and referrals.
- Educate clients on insurance options assess their unique needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets including sales revenue conversion rates and policy renewals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriters claims processors and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant advice.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in commercial insurance sales.
- Proven sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated stability in previous roles; candidates with a history of frequent job changes will not be considered.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment (in-office Monday Tuesday and Thursday; remote on Wednesday and Friday).
