Qualifications :
Bachelor of Commerce or related Degree
Additional Information :
Experience:
- 5-7 years experience in sales in a financial services environment particularly VAF and/or Fleet.
- Experience in a customer facing role. Management of key accounts and growth of an existing portfolio by selling banks products and services.
- Understanding complex situations and providing deal making solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new products and ensure they meet the requirements of Fleet Management customers providing a competitive edge.
Identify new concepts/ideas that could lead to new products adding value to customers driving customer retention strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing product development and legal to ensure successful partnership execution.
Track and analyze the performance of partnerships and use data to optimize and enhance the value of these relationships.
Document and update procedures for existing and new products/services in Fleet HUB.
