To lead the business improvement drive at Namdeb and entrench step-change improvements in Namdebs processes for the purpose of supporting the achievement of operational excellence within the company.
Qualifications :
The Ideal Applicant
- Bachelors degree in a Technical discipline (Mining Metallurgy Geology or Engineering) or Finance (Accounting)
- Expert user in Microsoft applications.
- 8 years experience in the mining industry of which at least 5 must be at managerial level
- Proven track record in developing and implementing business improvement methodologies
