Role Overview

The APAC Community Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the daily experience of Clients employees across the region by delivering exceptional onsite hospitality services and driving continuous improvements in workplace experience. This role combines operational excellence in hospitality with strategic input into workplace design culture and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a service-oriented mindset from the hospitality luxury retail or premium coworking sectors and translate it into a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite Hospitality Program Execution:

Manage and oversee daily hospitality operations at key APAC sites including concierge services café/pantry management event support and guest reception. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality brand-aligned hospitality experiences that reflect Clients values and culture. Coordinate with vendors caterers and facility partners to maintain service standards and resolve issues promptly.

  • Workplace Experience Enhancement:

Gather employee feedback through surveys focus groups and observation to identify opportunities for improving the physical and cultural workplace environment. Collaborate with regional and global Workplace Experience Real Estate and HR teams to implement initiatives that boost engagement well-being and inclusivity. Support the rollout of new workplace concepts hybrid work enablers and community-building activities (e.g. wellness programs cultural celebrations sustainability drives).

  • Community Building & Culture Stewardship:

Act as a local ambassador for Clients workplace culture fostering a sense of belonging and connection among employees. Organize and support internal events that strengthen cross-functional collaboration and team spirit. Promote responsible resource use and sustainability practices within daily operations.

  • Operational Excellence & Compliance:

Monitor service performance metrics and budgets; recommend cost-effective improvements without compromising quality. Ensure all hospitality and workplace activities comply with local health safety and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in hospitality luxury service environments (e.g. hotels premium coworking spaces corporate concierge services) or similar client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations or regional programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and service design.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional APAC languages (e.g. Mandarin Japanese Korean) are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed international organization with diverse cultural contexts.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using workplace experience platforms or digital feedback tools is advantageous.
